Limit Increase for Your Vendor Account
The next step you will want to take is to request a Limit Increase for your Vendor Account.
This allows you to increase the monthly withdrawal limit on your PinPay account. The limit is initially set at $500 USD and remains at that dollar amount unless you request and qualify for a higher limit.
To request an increase to your PinPay SoftCard account dollar limit above $500 USD you must take a digital photo of and then electronically submit, by email, a copy of one (1) government agency issued photo identification card. The digital photo can be taken with a digital camera or a mobile phone camera; if you do not have a digital camera, you can try a digital scan. The photo identification card you select can be any type of government issued photo identification card. Some examples include: passport, drivers license, voting card, or any other photo identification card issued by a governmental agency.

Upon receipt, review and acceptance of your submittal, the amount you can withdraw monthly from your PinPay account will be raised to $5000.00 initially. Then it can be set to a higher limit as required. Ownership and use of a PinPay SoftCard account is granted according to the terms and conditions of the PinPay SoftCard Agreement.
